Within task force team six we use a standard camo for our unifroms, this is so that you can easely see who your budy is, but not only that. It show professionalism. On this page we will list the standard gear of a general operator within our group, you dont have to follow this ssetup aslong the camo you are wearing is the camo that we have set as our standard.
In task force team six we use the german camo style called Flecktarn, its a camo that exists out of small dots and spots of different variations of the color brown and green. its overal a dark camo type which works well in wooded areas and dark spots
When the airsoft part of thsi group was set up we took our inspiration from this particular picture from the German KSK forces. Short after we received we decided that we would run the same gear for taks force team six online,
Most used gear
We allow any type of gear within the group as long the assets are with the flecktarn camo, this doesnt necessary count for the vests they could be OD or kakhi as well. How ever if you want to look exactly the same as most of the operators here is a list of items that the majority of the operators wear,
Boots, gloves and glasses can be anything you like, for helmet we advice the MICH 2001 (MICH 2001 Replica) helmet in OD or foilige but also this is not recuired. If you do not want a helmet other options are a cap/boonie, these can be OD, kakhi or Flecktarn.
Besides clothing we also need soemthing to communicate. Currently the team uses a 446,0Hz radio (TOPCOM TWINTALKER 9500 Airsoft Edition) It doesnt have to be the same radio aslong it is a 446,0Hz radio.
Of course we have our own patches within our group, when operating as a team they have to be worn on your uniform, if you have only 1 patch it should be worn on your left arm with your call sign above it, If you have 2 patches you can have one on either side of you or one at the left and one at your vest.
And because the patces are quite expensive to make we do ask a small price of €5,- for each patch. Besides the team logo you can also get your callsign patch these are somewhere around €7,50- and have to be made first.
